Sridhar founded Steer in 2021 to solve what he saw at his prior company, Oculus Health: healthcare operations had never been rebuilt for the AI era. He set out to build the AI workforce that would end the grind.
Brad Swenson
Brad leads go-to-market execution across hospital systems, PE-backed specialty groups, and ambulatory surgery centers. He joined Steer in 2026 to scale the enterprise motion into the primary ICP.
Cagdas Ozbey
Cagdas leads platform and AI architecture, including SteerBrain, the reasoning layer that coordinates the workforce. He owns the agent-first architecture that has defined Steer since the first line of code.
Roshni Bhakta
Roshni leads deployment and success across 109 organizations and 472 locations. Her team owns the 3-to-4-week production timeline that Steer customers have come to expect, from contract to live agents.

Dr. Kishori is a practicing clinician and Founding Clinical Advisor at Steer. She works with the product team on clinical workflow design, ensuring every decision is grounded in the realities of care delivery. Dr. Kishori is married to Steer's CEO; her advisory role is formally documented and the relationship is disclosed wherever she appears in external communications.
